Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed exclusively on working days, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:30. Within these days and times, following your order, the waybill will be created for the shipment of your CAMCO product. Orders received after this time will be processed the next business day. You will receive, at the email address you indicated, the tracking number that will allow you to follow the shipment, step by step.

Shipping Information

CAMCO ships its products exclusively within the European Union. Shipping and returns are always free, both in Italy and in the rest of Europe.

We do not ship to Malta, Cyprus, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira, Azores, Gibraltar, Canary Islands, overseas territories.

Returns policy

We at CAMCO care deeply about guaranteeing you a shopping experience that lives up to your expectations! This is why we want each of our customers to be satisfied with the product they choose. To understand which size is best for you, refer to our size guide, so you can make sure you don’t make mistakes. If you still have questions or doubts about our products, do not hesitate to write to us at the email address: customerservice@camcoactivewear.com.

If, for any reason, you find it necessary to return what you purchased, don’t worry: you can always take advantage of our free return service. We encourage conscious purchasing, in full respect of the commitment we have made also and above all towards the environment:

well aware that every postal shipment has an effect on the environment, in terms of fuels and packaging, but not only, we ask you to write to us at customerservice@camcoactivewear.com for advice on the best size for you, should you still have doubts after consulting the size guide… and if you are not satisfied when you try the product, then you can take advantage of the free return!

Essential conditions for returns

You can easily return the products purchased on our site by respecting some essential conditions:

  • the return must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product
  • the items must be in perfect condition, just as you received them
  • the items must not have been worn, soiled, washed, damaged or used under any circumstances
  • the original tags and labels must not have been removed or damaged
  • the product must be returned in the original packaging
  • the returned products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment. The Seller reserves the right not to accept products from the same order returned and shipped at different times.

Any return that does not meet the above requirements will not be accepted and we will retain the refund. You can choose whether to give up the product or get it back, bearing the shipping costs. In this last case, you can follow the instructions in the email that we will send you, to have all the information regarding the payment of the new shipment that we will organize on your behalf or you can organize the shipment yourself at your expense.

Returns instructions

If you wish to return the products purchased on our e-commerce site you will simply need to write an email to returns@camcoactivewear.com.

You will receive a confirmation email that your request has been processed and, following a positive evaluation by our Customer Service, an email authorizing the return of goods (RMA). At this point prepare the package: the products must be returned in the same conditions in which they were delivered, not damaged and, therefore, resalable.

If you want to entrust us with the organization of the return shipment, apply the consignment note that you will receive via e-mail to the outside of the package. Finally, remember to fill out the return form, following the instructions on it and insert it in the package together with the items you wish to return.

Returns handled by CAMCO

For returns whose shipment will be organized by CAMCO, you can request collection of the package at an address of your preference or you can deliver the package to one of the centers that we will indicate in the return merchandise authorization (RMA) confirmation email, if available close to you.

In this case your responsibility for the product ceases when it is delivered to the courier, exempting you in the event of loss or damage to the package. However, we remind you that it is always your responsibility to check the returned product, which must necessarily comply with the essential conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal.

Depending on the payment method used, we will refund you within 3-5 working days of receiving the goods, provided that they meet the above criteria. We will send you a notification email once the refund has been processed. Refunds will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase

Consider that, in some cases, the timing for crediting the sum owed to you may be slowed down, depending on the bank or credit card issuer. In any case, we will do our best to guarantee the fastest management of your return.

Returns managed independently by the customer

If you prefer to arrange for the return to be shipped to our warehouse yourself, you will be responsible for the shipping itself. CAMCO will contact you directly in the event of damage or loss of the returned product, as responsibility for the shipment ceases only once it is delivered to our warehouse. CAMCO reserves the right not to accept a shipment that shows obvious signs of tampering or damage.
