DELIVERY AND RETURNS

All shipments are processed during working day only, from Monday to Friday from 08:00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. (Central European time). If your order is received during working hours, we will create the delivery note and shipment label related to your CAMCO product the same day. Any orders placed outside of CAMCO’s working hours will be processed during the next business day. You can monitor your order in any time through the tracking number and link you receive by email. 

Information about shipments

CAMCO will only deliver products within the European Union, but shipping is always free. The table below shows the estimated delivery times for each country in which we ship our products.

We do not ship to Malta, Cyprus, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira, Gibraltar, Azores, Canaries, Shetland, Jersey, extra-continental territories.

Return policy

We always want to guarantee a shopping experience that is up to your expectations! This is why we want each of our customers to be satisfied with the product they have chosen. To decide which size is best for you, please refer to our size guide, so you will be sure not to make mistakes. If you still have questions or concerns about our products, do not hesitate to write to us at customerservice@camcoactivewear.com. Our Customer Service is at your disposal.

If, for any reason, you want to return the purchased items, don’t worry! We accept returns subject to certain conditions and costs.

Our objective is to encourage a mindful purchase, in full accordance with our commitment towards the environment. We are confident that if you are choosing to buy a CAMCO product, you share our perspective that superfluous online purchases are often encouraged by “free return” policies. For the environment, there is no “free return”. Every shipping affects the environment, in terms of fuels and packaging, just to name a couple. By declining to offer “free returns”, we have chosen to try to make a difference.

Optional return modes and costs

For the reasons stated above, you have to cover the cost of the return shipment by way of a flat fee that will be deducted from your refund. We will withhold € 10,00 for returns from Italy and € 20,00 for returns from other EU countries. The return fees indicated above apply where CAMCO manages the return shipment directly. We will send an express courier to pick the product up from the address you indicated, or from one of the collection points we will list in the return merchandise authorization (RMA) email – if any available near you.

If you prefer to carry out the return shipment to our warehouse by yourself, CAMCO will refund the entire amount paid at the time of purchase

Return requirements

You can easily return the products purchased on our website, provided these conditions are met:

Any return that does not meet the above requirements will not be accepted and you can choose whether to give up on the product or get it back, bearing the costs of the shipment as previously explained. In this case, you can follow the instructions given in the email we will send you (containing information regarding the payment of the new shipment that we will organize for you) or you can organize the shipment independently at your expense.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different size, color or product, simply make a new purchase on our web site and return the purchased items.

Returns instructions

Email us at returns@camcoactivewear.com to request a return.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your request and, after a positive evaluation by our Customer Service, a return merchandise authorization e-mail (RMA). Now you prepare the return package: products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, not damaged and, therefore, re-sellable.
If you prefer CAMCO to take care of the return shipment, apply the shipment label received via e-mail to the package. Remember to complete the return form and insert it in the package with the items you want to return.

Returns managed by Camco

For return shipments managed by CAMCO, we will send an express courier to pick the product package up at the address you indicated or from one of the collecting centers that we will list in the return merchandise authorization (RMA) email, if any available near you.
In this case, from the moment the products are delivered to the carrier, we will release you from any liability if they get lost or damaged during transport. However, we remind you that it is always your responsibility to check the returned product, which must necessarily comply with the mandatory conditions for the exercising of the return right.
Within 3-5 working days from our receipt of the returned products, we will refund the sums paid by you using the same payment method you used. We will send you an e-mail notification once the refund has been made.
Please note that the time required for the credit to appear in your account will depend on your bank or credit card company. In any case, we will do our best to guarantee the fastest handling of your return.

Returns managed directly by the customer

If you prefer to manage the return to our warehouse, you will be responsible for the shipment. In case of damage or loss of the returned product, CAMCO will report directly to you, and your liability ceases only once the products are delivered in good condition to our warehouse. CAMCO reserves the right not to accept a shipment that shows signs of tampering or damage.
Within 3-5 working days from our receipt of the products, we will refund the sums paid by you using the same payment method you used. We will send you an e-mail notification once the refund has been made.
